The space
Come to work from home in a large, climate-controlled and very comfortable space.

The space is nice, airy, with the difference of being an outdoor suite, providing greater freedom of traffic for guests!

The suite has important amenities, such as air conditioning, work/study space, with desk, office chair and fast internet, integrated bathroom (suite), 32-inch Smart TV, low cabinet with doors to accommodate your belongings, "macaw" for clothes, shoes etc. !

Minors must be accompanied by their parents/guardians, duly proven.

A very pleasant outdoor area (gourmet) will be at your disposal, for your rest/disconnection (this space may be shared with residents and/or other guests), in addition to an outdoor kitchen for the use of guests.

I will be at your disposal for clarification and support in whatever is necessary.

Guest access
- The Suite has an entrance from the outside of the house (garage), which provides greater freedom of traffic for guests.

- You will have private access to the suite.

- You will have shared access with residents/other guests to the gourmet area/outdoor kitchen for small meals, garage, backyard.

- You will not have access to the interior of the house.

During your stay
I will be available by msg or phone call and, in person, if necessary, to answer questions or resolve any guest needs.
