Sandstone mid terrace 2 bed cottage within the idyllic village of Waterside. Formally the old "Weavers Cottage" this charasmatic property originally dates back to 1810. Close to the Luggie Water and with gorgeous views towards the Campsie Hills. Also with great transport links by road, bus and train its the ideal base for commuting to Glasgow or exploring central Scotland with ease.

The space
Accessed via the main door the property is comprissed over 2 levels.

On the ground level the entrance hallway leads to the lounge with window to front. 2 sofas, TV, dvd player, builtin bookshelves with LED lighting.
From the lounge the rear passageway gives access to double bedroom fully furnished with bed, wardrobes, drawers and linen.
Further along passageway, the modern shower room contains electric walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
At rear of property is modern fitted kitchen with full range of appliances and kitchen equipment. Also alows rear garden access.

The upper level is accessed via staircase at front reception hallway leading to large double bedroom. This has ample built in storage and drawers. This is a dual aspect room with stunning views from rear velux window of hills. Also has 32inch TV.
