Located above a cafe-bakery in a historic Main Street building in small-town Springville, Art's Cafe Apartment is a petite two- bedroom space with kitchen, laundry access, rooftop garden, elevator and key code access. Rescued from demolition by passionate citizens, the building was completely rebuilt and is now community owned. Rentals benefit rural arts programs at a nearby nonprofit. 45 mins to Bflo, 30 to Ellicottville, lots of great nearby hiking, Catt Creek, fishing, canoeing.

The space
Guests use a rear entrance and elevator common to the cafe, workshops and other tenants.

Please note that the apartment is above our very active bakery. There will be morning noise (as well as delicious smells!) which is unavoidable. It is open during the day from 9 - 4pm Wednesday through Saturday, at which time there is much activity.
