The apartment is situated on the top floor (4th) and its occupying 70m2.
there is one big bedroom with king size bed, living room, kitchen with balcony, bathroom and separate toilet.
The building is in a quiet neighbourhood and has elevator.

The space
Morning sun on the balcony and in the kitchen, with afternoon and evening sun in the bathroom and bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher.
In the living room there are 2 sofas, which could be used also for sleeping, but with less confort. There is also big TV and access to many channels.
Bathroom has both shower and bathtub, washing machine
