This unit is that cozy two bedroom one bath apartment in a residential neighborhood. It is very close to downtown, Baptist Health, and most Madisonville restaurants. Everything you need is provided including plenty of parking, patio, BBQ and fire pit

After working for ATT and Compton Police Department for 30 years my husband, Barry and I were able to retire. We relocated to the quiet city of Madisonville only to stumble into new careers in the hospitality industry. In 2010 a building we were restoring into an Assisted Living Facility did an about face and it became a small apartment complex with 8 studios and 5 one bedroom apartments. Having no idea how to be landlords we muddled through until one young GE tenant suggested we do short term rentals. As they say the rest became history. We followed his advice and furnished all units. That fateful decision has now lead to the ownership of 58 units here in Madisonville. We provide mostly short term housing for visiting professionals. However, the need for even shorter stays has become evident. Thus we are now dedicating several properties for less than a month rental. Hopefully you will soon be one of our guests.
