Cozy GROUND FLOOR house 14km from JK Bridge. COMFORTABLY supports 08 people, including CHILDREN. However, its maximum capacity is up to 10 people. A large leisure area with rustic and heated stone pool, barbecue, space to relax and chat. Wi-fi Fiber optics available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT guest visits during the stay, nor do we work with a dayuse-like model.

The space
The House has large and integrated spaces. The space has lots of green, trees and plants of the cerrado .

It provides a unique experience to relax and enjoy life, with all the integration with nature.

We don't accept home visits from guests during their stay, whether from friends or family.

Rooms

All rooms are suites. They have comfortable beds (King, Queen, Double and Single beds), new and clean bedding, pillows, cushions, tables and support chairs, lamps, paintings and curtains with blackouts.

In two bedrooms has table for support or for your home office.

The first suite has 1 king bed and 1 single bed

The second suite has one queen bed (Japanese style) and one single bed.

The third suite has 01 standard double bed.

In addition to the bathrooms of the 03 suites, the house has 01 social bathroom.

Kitchen:

Integrated American kitchen with dining room. It has a glassware cabinet filled with glasses and goblets. Also a beautiful island, in addition to the sink with countertop, planned cabinets, 5-burner cooktop with electric oven, microwave, oven and duplex refrigerator. Pergolado
