A perfect apartment for your vacation and rest!
It has 90m², 2 bedrooms, being the first bedroom with king size bed, extra floor mattress, air conditioning (hot and cold) and private bathroom and the second bedroom with double bed, spacious closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning (hot and cold) and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and equipment for pantry and kitchen, has spacious laundry with washing machine.
The living room is comfortable with balcony and barbecue. It has incredible natural lighting.
The apartment is well airy overlooking the lagoon hill.
We offer bedding, bath and face towels for each guest.

We have nature, sea, tranquility, peace and security. But I also shake it up for the likes of it. With many nightclubs, snack bars, bars, restaurants and food trucks. There are markets, pharmacies, shops, malls, bakeries, banks, lottery, gyms and wineries. All near the apartment.

The lagoon never stops in the off-season. A young, but also familiar atmosphere. Perfect for those who like tranquility and want to rest, for those who like nature and also for those who like hustle and bustle.

Já viajei de mochilão acampando onde dava, fiz uma viagem de 1 ano de bike e atualmente viajo de avião mesmo kkkk Mas ainda tenho o sonho de viajar de barco e fazer uma viagem de bike fora do Brasil. Já morei em vários estados do Brasil, trabalhando com artesanato. Atualmente vivo em Florianópolis pela qualidade de vida, oportunidades que a ilha me trouxe e principalmente pela vasta natureza e tranquilidade. Me apaixonei e sinto que a Ilha também se apaixonou por mim kkkk meu deu a oportunidade de ter meu próprio negócio, ser independente e abrir minha Cat´s Guest House. Cujo o nome se dá por eu ter 3 lindos gatos que são meus filhos (Natureza, Simba, e Tulipa). Sou uma mulher negra livre, independente e totalmente sem preconceitos.
