This unique space has its own style. A small loft in a Tuscan village, just 4km from the historic center of Arezzo. It has a 2-level leaving area, with a large wooden table and linear kitchen, and then goes up to the mezzanine where there is a comfortable sitting area with TV. To complete the floor below a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

San Leo is a small town on the outskirts of Arezzo (4 km), it has all the necessary services. Very quiet area, in the first countryside. The apartment is located in a private residential hamlet closed to traffic. Just 50 meters away you will find the public transport stop to move independently.
