The property is within easy access of the local market towns of Wisbech and March, with Peterborough, Kings Lynn and Cambridge being only a little farther.

The royal residence of Sandringham and a number of Norfolk beaches are also within around an hour.

Immediately across the road is The Nene Way, providing riverside walks and the village pub, The Oliver Twist, is within a five minute walk, serving wonderful evening meals and Sunday lunches.
