The space
This small house was completely renovated 2019 with all new moders facilities.

This house is very close to the enormous woods of Trondheim called Bymarka. You will be sleeping overlooking the nature and the wild forest. There is a vegetable grove outside the house with a terrace.

There is a studio space with a separate kitchen, dining table, small refrigerator, coffee capsule machine, water kettle and a small oven with cooking tops. There is a very comfortable sofa bed with an additional top-mattress with a view to the fireplace.

The toilet, bathroom and shower is located in a separate building with washing/ drying machine facilities.

We quite often see deer and sheep in the garden.
Guest access
You can feel free to use the garden as much as you want. And it is lovely to do hiking in the woods from here. You will find books and maps about Bymarka and other areas in Norway. The location is ideal for outdoor activities like ice skating on Lianvannet, the best skisloopes for cross-countrysking right outside your doorstep.
