My name is Boyd Kunkle. I am 48 years old. I was born 30 miles north of Kokomo on a farm. I married Melissa in 1990 and we moved to Kokomo in 1995. We have three daughters.
My primary business is buying distressed homes and reselling them or leasing them out. I started in business as a carpenter, and it has grown over the years to include running a management co, and holding a real estate license. I am the owner of Nova Real Estate Brokers. We also own the management co and the construction co that rehabs the homes.

We started offering our properties to travelers and business people needing short term accommodations in the fall of 2019. I have found this aspect of the business to be very gratifying, as with all the challenges of hosting brings. We first and foremost want our guest to have a great stay in Kokomo and have the assurance that all of our homes offer what is advertised in the ad, we pride ourselves with being available 24 hrs a day while giving our guest privacy during their time here. My co-host, Melinda, will be your main person of contact and If I do happen to be at a home when a guest is there, I will stop and say hi if it seems appropriate.
