The Hidden Gem is a recently renovated apartment tucked away in the Chancery Hill Historic District in downtown Morgantown. Located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the downtown WVU campus and 3 miles from the University Hospitals. The apartment is equipped for making home-cooked meals (fridge, stove, oven, microwave) but coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants are within walking distance. This is a great place to call home for visiting parents, professors and medical personnel!

The space
The Hidden Gem is a walk out apartment with no stairs to navigate. There is an open living room, dining room and kitchen. You are welcome to log on to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc. accounts on the TV; however, there is no cable. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, a closet, luggage rack and desk. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
