The space
Our space is very spacious, with a full kitchen with utensils and basic appliances, such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric cooker, blender and sandwich maker. There is also a kitchen with a dining table next to a window that makes the space very airy.

The living room has a TV, sofa, reading space and home office, with very high quality internet, games available to have fun with friends and family.

We have three bedrooms with simple furniture to place bags and guest items, two bedrooms have large mirrors, all have air conditioning and curtains for the best quality of sleep. Pillows, bedding, and bath linens are provided.
Inside the house, there are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, spacious, with a toilet shower and electric shower.

Outside, there is space with a hammock for rest overlooking the pool, next to plants that bring all the freshness. There is also space with a barbecue area with a grill to fraternize with the family, also with plastic cups ideal for the pool area. In this room, there is also a small half-bath.

The house also has a service area with a squeeze, broom, bucket, basin and clothing clip.

The garage is very spacious, accommodating up to 3 cars, there is also space for two hammocks in this environment.

Lastly, the backyard features fruit trees, such as jaboticabeira and vine, as well as flowers and ornamental plants.

Guest access
The guest will have full access to the listing, except for one bedroom in the back that we keep housekeeping items.

Other things to note
•We do not rent to events;
•We do not have a washing machine;
•Any damaged item must be replaced with a new one;
•We ask you to remove the garbage at the end of the stay;
•A quota of water and energy consumption is included, if you pass the values established and agreed upon at the time of delivery of the keys, values will be charged according to the surplus;
•Read carefully the rules of the house arranged in the room.
