This is a stunning three bedroom duplex apartment presented in true walk in condition ideally situated close to Glasgow City Centre, local amenities and transport links. Featuring a very generously proportioned bright and spacious open plan living dining kitchen area with balcony, three large double bedroom (master with en-suite), three piece bathroom, fantastic roof terrace with views of the City and the South East.

The space
Internally, on the first floor, the accommodation features a spacious and welcoming entrance hallway which offers access to the accommodation on the first floor and to the accommodation upstairs via a stylish and modern staircase. On the first floor there is a large open plan lounge dining kitchen area that features a modern and stylish fitted kitchen, breakfasting bar and well proportioned lounge space. The lounge also offers access out onto the balcony via double doors and the lounge itself enjoys fantastic views to the South East via large double glazed windows. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes ample space above and below the worktops. Also located on the ground floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Carnoustie Street is less than a mile away from Glasgow Central Station and just under a mile and a half from Queen Street Station which both offer mainline rail access across Scotland making the area particularly attractive for commuters
