Cosy flat is located in calm, green neighbourhood. There are few attactions/places to have a rest nearby - Artillery fort 'Borek' (No 52), armoured 'Lapianka' fort (No 52A) and a really nice park. There is also a vegetable stall, Lidl and Rossmann.
