Welcome to our restored vintage 1950s home.
We did not want to compromise the original integrity so we have gently cleaned and restored it to give it a vintage cottage feel. Nothing fancy...Just simple, comfortable furnishings.
This is a three bedroom, two bath house that can sleep up to six comfortably. Wi-Fi and streaming services are available but there is also a VCR and a library of VHS tapes along with board games for a night of family fun. There is a fully stocked coffee bar as well.

The space
The three bedrooms are all spacious and clean with fresh linens, and plenty of closet space. We have a fully stocked kitchen and outside grill to furnish all of your cooking needs. Well behaved, and house trained pets are welcomed. We have an outdoor dog house for outside pets. Contactless check-in is available.

Hey guys! What a privilege it is to be a member of the AIRBNB community! We are located in the heart of Snyder Texas, near local restaurants and downtown shopping. The Avondale Cottage was our first home here in Snyder, and it holds a very special place in our hearts. The house was built in 1958, and we tried to stay true to its original structural integrity. We updated as needed, but still appreciate the vintage charm. If you are looking for something different and fun, we have the place for you! Step back in time in our country cottage, complete with 3 beds, and two baths. Down to VHS tapes, I am a lover of all things vintage. I hope that you enjoy your stay here! I can personally guarantee top notch cleanliness, fresh towels and linens, and a continental breakfast to get your day started! Well behaved, house broken pets are welcomed. We have a fully fenced in back yard area with a dog house, for outside pets. Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions or concerns about how to make your stay a great one!
