Where you’ll be

Windham, New Hampshire, United States

Private neighborhood, private beach.

Windham is a growing town and is the number one town for Boston Executives and CEO's and is about 3 miles north of Massachusetts that offers a variety of local attractions such as municipal parks, golf courses, tennis courts, bowling facilities, youth recreation programs, fishing, boating, snowmobile transits, bike trails, and waterfront access.

The Windham Country Club golf course is an 18-hole premier. Griffin Park, built in 2005 and donated by the Griffin Family, offers multiple baseball fields, running track, a soccer field, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

The Windham Rail Trail, which extends from Windham into Londonderry, is 4 miles of level, paved trail for walking/biking. The old railroads run almost up to the Manchester airport(MHT)

Historic landmarks in Windham include the Searles School and Chapel, Searles Castle, the town center, and the Armstrong Memorial Building. Searles Castle is one of Windham's most prominent landmarks. Edward Francis Searles, an interior decorator and antique collector, built the castle. He made is fortunes when he married an older wealthier woman from California. Set on making an a name for himself, after he lost the love of his dreams to his brother, took his new wife money and built the Searles Castle. He was set on leaving his mark and he did.

Castleton is one of the biggest venues for weddings off the highway and Canobie Lake Park is about a 15 minute drive where you will have a lot of fun with the family/friends. The owner has been known to pop in over on his boat when friends are being wed there!

Cobbetts pond is a 350 acre "pond" where property owners enjoy the summer boating, water sports, and fireworks. Every weekend you will see residences popping off fireworks from their shores. The local CPIA goes above and beyond to make sure the fourth of July is always memorable and their will be 100's of boats out on the water. In winter months when the pond is frozen the neighborhood will be ice fishing, ice skating, and hockey all around.

Cobbetts Pond is primarily a spring-fed lake and the depths reach to almost 80', for fishing tips or spots just ask :) Water from the pond flows through the Golden Brook and Beaver Brook to the Merrimack River that goes all the way out to Newburyport, Ma into the Atlantic Ocean. It is a blast for us nerds to follow it on a map!
