I have this beautiful studio garden that I bought and decorated for myself, but I had to move away from São Paulo and decided to share it with you.
It has the most spectacular view of São Paulo and is fully equipped with household items, including blackouts, to offer you a pleasant sleep.
The studio is close to the Berrini Avenue and is only a few meters away from the Campo Belo subway station.
We offer a twin bed. Before you book, make sure you agree with the house rules ;-)

The space
My space is a studio garden, this means that it has an outdoor area. Since it is located on the 9th floor, you will have the feeling that you are staying on a penthouse from where you can enjoy the rosy evening sky with the tree-lined streets of Brooklin and the Estaiada Bridge in the background.
I have also lovingly prepared a comfortable and beautiful space for you to watch TV, eat your meals, sleep comfortably, and work if you need to.

Brooklin is home to residential buildings, several multinational company headquarters, such as: Oracle, Nestlé, Nokia, Terra Networks and HP, television channels, examples: Disney-ABC Television Group, HBO Brazil and Turner Broadcasting System, and the Canadian, Slovenian, Hungarian and Swedish consulates.
There are examples of modern Brazilian architecture, some of them being the tallest buildings in the country, such as the: United Nations Business Center, World Trade Center of São Paulo, Mandarin Building and Plaza Centenário. Also located in its extension are the Sociedade Hípica Paulista and the São Paulo Hilton Hotel, one of the main hotels in the city. On the edge of Marginal Pinheiros is the Octávio Frias de Oliveira cable-stayed bridge, one of São Paulo's new tourist attractions.
Every year the neighborhood has two German parties, inspired by the Oktoberfest in Blumenau, Santa Catarina: one of them takes place in May, being called Maifest, and the other, in October, is called Brooklinfest. The party's main attraction is the sausage, which can be found in various sizes. Other types of German food are also available, such as Eisbein, roasted pork knuckle with sauerkraut and potato salad.
The parties are always held in the same streets of the neighborhood, and besides the typical food, you can find dances, clothes, music, handicrafts and other things of both German culture and other cultures.

It makes me so happy to visit new places, learn abouti ts local culture and food, I'm always exited about my next trip! My travels have taken me quite far from my hometown (Sao Paulo), always counting with Airbnb to help me find nice accomodations and many times, lovely hosts.
