Extras: coffee, creamer, tea, To-Go cups, spices/oils, food storage items. Bathroom: vanity/hair dryer/light and mirrors, bath wash/shampoos/conditioners, accessible (no-charge) personal care items. Beds: full, twin, 2 roll-away cots in closets, chair lounger/bed suitable for child or reading/relaxing; 2 large portable snack tables in closets, 2 clothes hampers in closets, hangers in closets, 2 storage chests in each bedroom, 1 iron with distilled water and ironing board in closet.

This listing is an immaculate space-conscious cottage with bamboo flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Everything you need to live like you're home! Roku TV with 200 mbps WiFi available streaming at 180 mbps, and an ethernet connection. Spacious bathroom with vanity/mirrors/light/hairdryer. Sanitized bed linens/blankets/pillows and towels are provided and beds are made/ready; a chair/lounger bed is versitile and all linens and matress protectors for it are in a zippered bag in the closet ready for you to prepare as needed. Clothes drying rack and hampers with bags for soiled clothing.

Accessible 15-mile bike/walking path. Rural neighborhood. Double-wide driveway. A Welcome Book includes all appliance and furniture instructions. Cottage is the 2nd green cottage on the right-hand side at the back of the double-wide driveway. Host lives in the 2-story white house on the left-hand side of the driveway.

Riptide Paddles and Pedals is southward 1 mile away. Bicycle/walking path is within walking distance southward from the driveway and accessible across the road to the right-hand side of the S&E Auto Repair Shop. Bike/walking path extends northward up past Cape May Court House taking a sharp left at the wonderful/botanical Cape May County Zoo (free/donations graciously accepted) and it terminates a great distance beyond that juncture. Southward it ends as it approaches the West Cape May bridge at Sandman Boulevard (the road that leads to the Cape May/ Delaware Ferry).

I am offering a beach kit this summer with a cart, umbrella with anchor, cooler and 2 cooler bags, 2 beach chairs, sitting round towel, 5 towels, sand toys, and 2 young and 2 older children's sizes of boogie boards (adults could use the larger ones).

The cottage may be rented for more than 7 days upon request, but I prefer to at least exchange your linens/towels for clean ones on or before day 7 unless you are staying only slightly over 7 days.

Bicycle/walking path is within walking distance and accessible across the road to the right-hand side of the S&E Auto Repair Shop. Bike/walking path extends northward up past Cape May Court House to the Zoo and southward it ends as it approaches Cape May on Sandman Boulevard. Many local breweries are available in the immediate area surrounding this location.

I am retired from a lifetime of medical research through working relationships with physicians. My other administrative experiences were paralegal, hospital administration, computer sciences, oil production facility construction industry, NASA satellite communications, and CPA office management. I don't always get a chance to meet our patrons, but I am always AMAZED at the lovely people who have chosen our Cottage, and I feel blessed to have crossed paths with each one of the patrons I have met. Please feel free to ask if there is anything you need that isn't provided in the cottage. Please feel free to ask to meet me or talk to me upon arrival. I always give my cell phone number before you arrive but don't often find time to say hello. Some people like privacy, some like to feel more comfortable knowing their Host. Your messages from AirBnB flow through to my phone's text messages, but do not hesitate to call or text directly or through AirBnB's system.

Youthful groups of friends may be greeted by the host upon arrival with a request to identify each person against the reservation details. Parties, loud music, smoking inside, pets, excess guests above the number declared in the reservation for more than 4 hours or after 10pm are absolutely prohibited.
