An incredible riverfront home on the Edisto River. This home is about 1/2 way point along the Edisto River float route that starts at Givhen’s Ferry State Park a couple miles away!

45-min from downtown Charleston
20-min from Summerville

The space
A lovely 3br 2ba home right on the world famous Edisto River. You will walk into the home via the upstairs covered patio overlooking the river into a cute & comfortable living room with a smart-tv. This flows directly to a convenient & fully outfitted kitchen divided by a nice butcher-block island with laundry on the side of the kitchen.

You’ll enjoy a spacious Master suite with a comfortable king-bed & private full-bath & a door to the porch.

Along the other side of the home down the hall there are two bedrooms, one with x2 queen-size beds & the other bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a shared full bathroom at the beginning of the hallway next to the kitchen.

There is an ample lawned yard between the home & expansive river-frontage.

The river is usually slow-moving & calm in this entire stretch, hence the aforementioned river-float path. Ideal for calm floating & swimming & kayaking.

Come enjoy the Edisto River life & take a day-trip into Charleston or a quick 20-30 min to the world-famous local plantation gardens of Middleton & Magnolia.
