Spacious and cozy 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor with terrace , surrounded by greenery, in the best location, quiet neighborhood in the traditional area of Yanahuara, tourist district. 3' minutes walking from the Plaza and Mirador de Yanahuara and the Av. Ejercito, where there are the main supermarkets and malls, 20' walking from the historic center, 18'by taxi from the airport. Abundant natural light, spacious equipped kitchen, internet, wifi & smart TV & cable.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story house, without elevator in the traditional area of Yanahuara, considered a traditional and tourist district due to the prevalence of its narrow typical streets and constructions based on ashlar, white blocks of volcanic origin extracted from the quarries on the outskirts of the city. The house is located in a corner and has 2 entrance doors, each in a different street that make up the corner. On one street is the entrance that is exclusive to the owners to their home and the other door, on the other street, serves as an entrance to the guests of the apartment on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor.
