This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 6 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we do charge 20 pet fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

This is a very small town. There is one gas station. 5 miles away is Monroe where there is a grocery store and (Bullies) great fast food. Richfield is 15 miles away and has a walmart and a bunch of food places.
