Escape to our newly built home away from home! Time will be well spent relaxing on the deck taking in the spectacular panoramic views of Boylston Harbor and the Milford Haven River. Inside enjoy all the light and bright spacious areas from the vaulted great room and fully equipped kitchen to the downstairs family room with walkout! Spend the day swimming, jumping off the dock, fishing, tubing, kayaking the river or stay in our calm cove. End the day with a fire by the shore or cozy on the deck.

The space
We just completed our families home away from home, and as its name insinuates business in the front, party in the back!! We have planned our getaway as a place of enjoyment and relaxation. Our 2600 sqft, 2 acre property has its own private beach while in our sheltered cove it allows for calm kayaking, paddle boarding and tubing. We are in the process of building a 60’ dock that will allow boats to dock, for now we have a floating dock, to enjoy jumping off! We are also located next to Boylston Provincial Park, a short 300m walk down the road will have you on the boardwalk to Priest Island where you can enjoy the paths and explore the shoreline.

While Inside on the main floor enjoy, the smart TV and electric fireplace in the open concept vaulted great room. You will also find the master suite on the main floor, the bedroom is furnished with a king bed; you don't have to lift your head off the pillow to take in the breathtaking view, it also has a walkin closet with plenty of storage. The ensuite has a large walk in shower and relaxing deep soaker tub. The laundry room, mudroom, half bath and garage access are found off the front entry. In the garage you will find a pingpong table and other rainy day games, as well a few fishing rods to try your luck.

The lower level has a full bathroom, it is also where you will find the additional two bedrooms, both with amazing water views, one has a queen bed, the second has a bunk bed (with a double bed on the bottom, single on top) and a twin bed, each room has a large closet. The lower level also has a large family room with floor to ceiling windows, smart tv, wetbar, ample seating and games table. From the family room you can enjoy a walkout to a great area for washer toss and ladder ball (both provided) and quick access to the shore.

Located next to Boylston Provincial Park, the lower park has Priest island with walking paths and day park, the upper park has overnight camping and a trout stocked lake. In Boylston you'll find Harts Store a great treat for lunch or ice cream. In Guysborough located 5 minutes away, you'll find the grocery store. NSLC, G's Restaurant, Dollar store, Pharmacy and Hospital, The Authentic Seacoast winery and Robins if you don't want to make your coffee.

Hi, we are a family of five that together over Covid built our home away from home! We are very happy to be able to share it with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do; it's quiet, private and peaceful. We love to play in the water, use the kayaks and the paddle board, tubing and fishing. Water shoes are handy as the bottom can be soft.

We hope you appreciate all the custom touches we added and comforts that make our getaway a true oasis for relaxation.

The Guysbrough and Boylston areas created wonderful childhood memories for both my husband and I, we are now creating more with our children; we hope the same for your families and that our little piece of paradise can play a part.
