Pineridge Retreat is in a private resort style community. You won't need to leave the cabin to enjoy the perimeter edge pool, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, walking trails, and pocket parks. You can also fish for trout or tube on Caney Fork creek. The cabin has all new KitchenAid appliances, Casper memory foam mattresses and the kitchen is well equipped. The grocery store is 10 mins away and there are no steep mountain drives to reach the cabin.

Please note that the pool and hot tub are typically open Memorial day to Labor day.

You will enter the cabin through the second floor deck where a stacked stone fireplace and lovely living room will welcome you. The kitchen and dining room are right off the living room. The kitchen features new KitchenAid appliances, granite countertops and a wine fridge in the island. The main deck is located off the living room. There are 4 Adirondack chairs and a dining set on the deck. There is also a deck around the back side of the house. There are three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms upstairs. The half bathroom is close to the kitchen and the full bathroom is down the hall by the bedrooms.

Downstairs you will find the primary bedroom and spacious bathroom, a family room with a TV and laundry room with a new washer and dryer. The yard is private and all of the views are of the woods with the mountains peeking through. There are no other houses in view of the cabin.

A Pack 'n Play, high chair, kid plates, baby monitor and toys are provided for those traveling with children.

Pineridge Retreat is located in the Smoky Mountains close to Sylva, Dillsboro, Bryson City, Cherokee, Cashiers, Highlands, Maggie Valley and Waynesville. It is an hour away from Asheville (home to the Biltmore estate). You will have easy access to The Blue Ridge Parkway and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There is hiking, zip lining, rafting, horseback riding, boating and more at your fingertips. The cabin is also 6 mins to WCU and 9 mins to Castle Ladyhawke.

We live in Tampa but spend as much time as possible in the mountains. In Tampa we spend our weekends on the boat. When we are at the cabin, we love to hang out at the pool, tube down the creek and hike. We have rented many Airbnbs ourselves and our goal with our cabin is to create a comfortable guest experience.
