Our studio apartment is a self contained unit, attached to our main family home. It has a dedicated entrance, private shower room & fully equipped kitchen.

The open plan studio is light, bright & includes everything you could need for some much deserved time away. Double bed, flat screen TV & WiFi.

Our home in Larkfield is close to West Malling which offers a wealth of places to eat & drink. We also have a range of activities just 5 min walk away including water-sports & nature walks.

The space
We would like to invite you to stay in our newly refurbished studio apartment. Self contained unit attached to our family home with a dedicated entrance, private shower room and fully equipped kitchen to include oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.

We will happily provide towels, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, granola and croissants. Should you need anything else throughout your stay we will always do our best to oblige.

This space is a real delight and the perfect place for two wishing for a get away, a place to stay while visiting family and friends locally or someone travelling for business.

We are located between both the M20 & M2 so ideal for anyone commuting through Kent.

We are very proud of the space we have created and hope you enjoy it as much as we wish you to.

There is a connecting door from this unit into our family home - this will remain locked for the duration of your stay.
