Very close to the beach (3-4min walk). Downtown Puerto Viejo is 5 min by bike (3-5$/day in the city). We have the large balcony and also the kitchenette and the large living room. :) There is no hot water in the shower, but it is not really needed. :)

You will have the whole double bedroom for yourself - with working/laptop table and 50mbps fibre internet which is perfect for online work. We do not have hot water in the bathroom as it is usual in our region. It is never that cold. :)
