This light, bright family home is a tranquil spot nestled right next door to Beckenham Place Park, South East London's largest open green space, with swimming lake, playground, cafe and manor house. Also within easy reach of the centre of London, you can choose between a woodland walk or a welcome retreat following full days of city activities. A private patio and decking area lead through a gate to a communal garden area for picnics. Cat-lovers only (Lillibet comes with the rental!).

Our cat lives on the property. She comes and goes as she pleases but we do ask that guests put her food out for her.
