Newly renovated, very clean, one bedroom apartment located in a quiet private location. This area is in a highly sought after community fitted with a beautiful pond and stream running through the center, two pools, and plenty of wildlife. In addition, this condo is located in a perfect location for recreation, 30-40 minutes from 6 ski resorts and 15 minutes from downtown. I was born and raised here so feel free to message me and ask me any questions about your travel!

The space
Prime location within the community, outside of the patio doors you will see & hear a stream that runs non-stop during the warmer months. A few feet out the door you will see a pond where wildlife will frequents the property. The property is centrally located so you’re a 5 min walk from two pools, a tennis court and a basketball court.
