Ditch everything and come stay with us :) Without a TV and a great signal, you can really unwind. You're probably not going to see anyone on the trails in the area. We don't rent other cottages. We will deliver your breakfast basket every morning! The property is open to a viewing meadow and forest. The night sky, undisturbed by city lights, is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests. There is a fireplace with grill, barbecue, all this exclusively :)

The space
Cozy independent house near the house of the hosts, ideal for couples, couples with children or friends. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The attic is adapted to a bedroom for 3 people (1 double and 1 single bed) with the possibility of adding a cot for a small child.
In addition, at the bottom there is a sofa with a sleeping function for 1-2 people, while its layout significantly reduces space and comfort.
There is a terrace with a barbecue, a garden pool (in summer), swings, a trampoline, a sheepfold, as well as a vast space on the hill with trees and shrubs.
The cottage and the house of the hosts share the property, the cottage does not have a separate fence. The property is partially fenced.
Pets are welcome :) We have 2 dogs, 5 cats and 2 sheep.

We live in the picturesque village of Bystrzyca near Wlenia, 22 km from Jelenia Góra in the Bóbr River Valley.
The touristic, but still undiscovered area on the border of the Kaczawskie Mountains and the Kaczawskie Foothills is rich in a network of hiking, biking and canoeing trails. It is also an excellent starting point to Szklarska Poręba and Karpacz or Świeradowa Zdrój - less than an hour by car in each direction.
