SUNNY Manhattan, high floor, pre-war LOFT with MODERN ARCHITECTURAL RENOVATION set in quiet neighborhood –ideally located for EASY ACCESS to all parts of the CITY as well as bus, trains & airports.

A 10 minute walk might take you to...the Highline, Art District, Times Square, Cinemas, Theatre District, Garment District, Penn Station, the A.C.E.1.9.N.R.F. trains, Madison Square Garden, Jacob Javits Center, Flower District, Meat-Packing District, Little Korea, the Ace Hotel, F.I.T., Macy's or the Empire State building...just to highlight the most obvious.

We're more interested in WEEK LONG STAYS OR LONGER. We know our place is most ideal for couples: 1) QUEEN SIZE BED, 1) BUNK BED, 1) TWIN LOFT BED

We LOVE our neighborhood because it's slightly undiscovered, under the radar, while being right in the heart of surrounding neighborhoods that are on fire.

Primarily the new amenities developing around The Highline + the Hudson River. We love that it's just a 10 minute walk to those or 20 minutes to the Meat-Packing District, but that we can retreat back to a quiet, less frenetic scene -which, btw, just got an authentic little wine bar + charcuterie that already feels like a cherished local hangout.

We love our special little corner in the Lower Catskills near Barryville, NY steeped in rich history, incredible natural beauty & extremely interesting people creating lots of new things we get to experience when we go up.
We’re architects, enchanted by this area some 10 years ago, that saw the opportunity to transform a very inspiring & tranquil property for our family –which has been an ideal city getaway ever since.
We love seeing the full blast of the Milky Way each night, plus the regular encounter of wildlife during the day, whether walking out of the front door to behold a flock of turkeys on our driveway or 5 deer clustered around the last Cotoneaster berries before winter hits. Then there’s all the unique area cultural & culinary delights to choose from –very diverse & so fun to explore with some served up by heritage appreciating locals & some inspired by transplants like ourselves.
AND we love to share all this with others! Which means going out of our way to make sure you don’t miss a thing the area has to offer plus feel comfy/cozy all throughout your stay.
