Our beautiful luxurious studio apartment is located on Al Marjan Island, a few minutes away from Al Hamra Village and Mall.

Our apartment has access to a private beach where you can swim, tan and enjoy a selection of restaurants and coffee shops.

The space
This luxury studio apartment with modern high end finishings and ceramic flooring, can accommodate upto 3 people.

The apartment also comes with one parking space in the garage within the building.

Our spacious studio is furnished with a king size bed, comfortable corner sofa and elegant dining area. The studio also has a built-in closet, 55" Smart TV with free Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. Super fast wifi throughout!

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will possibly need, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, washer/dryer, crockery and cutlery and a lot more.

We provide you with all the amenities including fresh towels, clean linen.

The building amenities include three rooftop swimming pool complexes each with their own kids pool and Jacuzzi. The gym complexes, two tennis courts and a basketball court.

Don't forget to visit our exclusive beach area, we have beach towels too!

Outside the building you can also hire (for a charge) electric scooters and bicycles.

Last but not least, we care for our guests and take care to ensure our apartment is fully cleaned and sanitized after each stay in line with Covid recommendations. We take photos after each clean to ensure every guest receives the same 5* Service level we have set as our benchmark.

Turtle beach is located a few mins away opposite Al Marjan Resort and Spa where a variety of water sports can be enjoyed, booking not essential.

Jogging tracks are located around the island.

Amazing Friday Brunch should be booked at Doubletree by Hilton, don't forget to show your parking card to avail a 20% discount.

Electric scooters and bicycles can be hired throughout the island.

For parents with younger children, don't miss the large children's play area opposite Doubletree by Hilton Hotel.

There really are so many activities to enjoy on the island itself which should leave little room to venture off the island if you are here for a short stay.
