Right on the waterfront in Wellington Marina, this holiday villa is the perfect relaxing getaway. This comfortable and stylish home has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is ideally located with water views and you have access to your own private jetty. With a fire pit in the backyard and views right down to the lake, you can keep warm while watching the sun set. The house is also equipped with Fibre to premise NBN connection.

The space
The first thing you'll notice about Edgewater Escape is the peace and quiet. Tucked away at the back of Wellington Marina, the house faces the lake and park, and has only one neighbour.

Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has king single bunk beds with a trundle. There is also a sofa bed in the second living room.

The spacious open plan living areas makes this property ideal for family getaways . The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher for your convenience .
