Public transport (DB and bus) can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. The train takes 16 minutes to Bremen Central Station.

The apartment offers a well-kept, spacious living room with sofa, smart TV with Internet access and satellite and bright open fully equipped kitchen. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 persons. The sunny rooftop terrace is a great place to relax. One bedroom has a box spring bed 1.60m for 2 guests and in the other bedroom are two single beds that can be put together if needed. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bathtub, shower and hairdryer. There is also a separate guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
