Relax with the whole family at this cozy 3 bedroom home located in the quiet, little town in Manassa in the beautiful San Luis Valley. The San Luis Valley is known for the beautiful mountains, with great hunting and fishing. We are a 15 minute drive to Cumbres and Toltec Scenic railroad, 1 hour to Zapata Falls and Great Sand Dunes National Park, 45 minutes to Colorado Gators Reptile Park.

We allow full access to our home but not the garage. We do not allow any type of smoking indoors.

The space
Spacious yard so feel free to bring your toys! This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, family room and kitchen. We do have hot water on demand so everyone can enjoy a nice warm shower. The yard is fenced in for those who have kids or pets who enjoy playing outside. There’s a foose ball table for all to enjoy and a few board games. Pack n’ play is available upon request.
