Furnished Studio Apartment with a Private room/Kitchen with Basic utensil/Western bathroom /TV/Free Wi-Fi/AC/Cupboard located @3rd Floor.

The Room is furnished with a Split-Type AC which can used when required (kindly turn off when you leave the room), The ensuite bathroom has a water heater and water pump.

The Room Entrance door leads to the small garden outside (Common for all guests in the building).

Please safeguard your belongings as we’re not responsible for any loss/damage to your belongings.
Kindly note that the building is equipped with 24/7 surveillance, 2 Level lock for room (Gate lock & Door lock), but it’s advised to keep your gate/door locked for your safety.
