Frondeg translates 'Pretty Hill' this is exaclty correct for this property - located at the highest point in Aberaeron which boosts superb views of Aberaeron itself and Ceredigion Coast up to North Wales!
This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow has just had a new realise of life, sleeping 6 + 1 spare bed - recently been fully renovated it's now a modern yet quirky property for you and your family to enjoy your Welsh escape to West Wales.

The space
Bedrooms: Twin room; double room and a 2nd double room that can take an extra single with a blue retro en-suite bathroom all located at the back of the bungalow!

All amenities are within a good walk or plenty of parking and a large tiered garden your dishes or a meal!! Kitchen included a electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine/dryer for your use during your stay.
The main bathroom is an accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath.
Then to maximise the enjoyment of the view, the lounge itself also has a beautiful views of the area and sea - with plenty of seating for 7 and a small porch area too.

There is a large private drive to Frondeg, so there is plenty of parking available.

The drive up from the main road to Frondeg is fairly narrow, so please take extra care, but it's a quiet lane and there are places to pull in if you meet a car, but you may have to reverse up/down hill.

Part of the drive is shared with our neighbours that use their working agrucultial shed, but only the enterance.
