The Annex at Great Upton Farm is a beautiful farm stay consisting of wooden beams, tiled floors and a private courtyard. Situated on a picturesque farm and attached to the main house, The Annex is a self contained three bedroom property, two bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable sofa by the fire. The property is located in the peaceful countryside with plenty of rural walks, cycle tracks, wildlife and only ten minutes drive from Ryde Pier and seaside town.

The space
The Annex at Great Upton Farm offers relaxing and comfortable accommodation including a dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen, a large comfortable sofa in front of the fire place and a private courtyard. The main bedroom offers a king size bed with a beautiful en suite containing a tiled bath and amenities. The second bedroom is a bright room on the second floor containing a double bed and access to the mezzanine where a sofa bed can sleep a further two adults or children. The property can be entered through it's own front door which has immediate access to the second bathroom and shower. A washing machine, iron and spare towels can be found in the hallway. The large bright open living space opens up through French doors onto it's own private courtyard where guests are welcome to use the BBQ provided. Guests may also access the croquet lawn & hammock swing in the back garden as well as a volleyball/badminton net upon request.
During your stay you can visit the wonderful beaches of the Island which are just a short drive away as well as enjoy watersports, riding, sailing, shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short distance.
Tesco superstore is only a 5 minute drive from the house or you can sample fresh produce from our favourite farmshop 'Harvey Browns’ which is a 15 minute drive. Adgestone vineyard is a favourite of ours and close by.

During your stay

The Annex at Great Upton Farm is for guests private use. The hosts will be staying next door at Great Upton Farm and are more than happy to offer advice on local activities, show you around the beautiful property or leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Please be mindful that the property is a working farm and our beloved Labrador and two horses are kept on the property which means unfortunately we cannot allow guests to bring their own pets. Please exercise care and caution when parking your vehicles and we ask that you please close the gate behind you. We would ask that you appropriately supervise children to ensure that they are not venturing into areas that they should not and to please be mindful of the horses and dog during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay that is beyond normal wear and tear. We do understand that accidents happen, however, so if you break a plate or lose a key please just let us know.
We do not expect you to clean before you leave but please be mindful and leave our treasured property in the condition in which you hope someone would leave your home.
