This clean, cozy & spacious apartment is less than 20 minutes from Hershey Park & the Capitol. It has off-street parking right next to the private entrance allowing for convenient unpacking. The unit has everything you need to stay in control of your own nutrition (full kitchen), but if you prefer eating out you will be within walking distance of a corner store and a restaurant/pizza shop that sells six-packs and alcoholic beverages. The space
Our space is comfortable and feels like home. We lived here for years before moving closer to work and loved it. Relax in the whirlpool tub, chill and watch tv in the living room, cook your favorite dinner, cozy up and go to sleep in the comfy beds or, if you must, pull out your laptop and work in the dedicated office area. This apartment has it all. Everything you need to feel at home. The ceilings are lower around the edge of the room as can be seen in the photos. An extremely tall person may not like this place as much as folks under 6’ tall.

Location: this is a commercial area. The unit is right next to a commercial cleaning service and a Farmer’s Insurance office. The next door building is a four story tall multi unit office building. We have used trees and landscaping to make it as secluded as possible, but we share a driveway with the cleaners making it hard to cordon off. We are located right across the street from the CD Middle School which provides a great walking area, but there are no sidewalks on Locust Lane. It is a safe and friendly neighborhood, just not tucked away in a residential area. The benefit is that the time it takes to get places is shorter since you are right on Locust Lane.
