Cosy Cottage with Breathtaking Mountain Views nestled in the heart of the Knockmealdown mountains. Wake up to the bells of Mt. Melleray Abbey echoing across the Monavugga river valley. Ramble along the lane way behind the house to the hump back bridge which leads on to St. Declan's way and into the grounds of Mt. Melleray Abbey. We are on the Vee Drive which has spectacular scenery, 20 minutes drive to the coastal town of Dungarvan with its magnificent Greenway. 10 minute to Lismore town.

We have many walking routes in the area. Situated on St. Declan's way and the Vee drive. A hikers and hill walkers paradise. Cappoquin is on the River Blackwater known for its trout and salmon fishing. The start of the green way and a blue flag beach is a 20 minute drive from the cottage. Every Sunday there is a farmers market at the entrance of Lismore Castle.
