Spacious 675 sq. ft. fully furnished CLEAN studio guesthouse (set apart from main house) w/comforts of home for 1-2 adults. Washer/dryer, WiFi, kitchen, workspace & private bathroom. Safe, peaceful oasis with water features and bird feeders for your enjoyment.

The space
Queen bed (new, 2021) with plush velvet headboard & a nightstand with two charging ports. A mid-century dresser and chest of drawers is an added bonus with plenty of storage.

LazyBoy leather recliner & small velvet couch (both new 2021) make it easy to relax while streaming (HBO, Roku etc.) on large TV. The WiFi is very strong & fast in the entire guesthouse. The small couch is designed for day use (not large enough to sleep on).

The workspace; large desk with office chair by the windows overlooking the back garden.

The kitchen area has full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker with complementary coffee & cream etc. Basic dishes, cooking utensils, fry/baking pan also provided. A 3 piece table set is handy for enjoying coffee or a meal.

The walk-in closet has plenty of storage, hangers, iron & ironing board.

The washroom has a washer (new 2022) dryer, laundry soap and plenty of cleaning supplies.

The private bathroom in the studio includes a shower with seat, vanity, toilet & all the supplies you would expect to have such as a hair-dryer, towels, shampoo & soaps.

Outside the guesthouse, you will find many bird & butterfly attracting bushes & plants; in season. We also have water features that are excellent for relaxing by & enjoying the shade of the Oak tree & listening to the water falling. The back area is gated & fenced (fence new 2022). Enjoy our bird feeder stations also.

Our street is not a through street so the traffic is low. We live in an established neighborhood with lots of mature trees with a 9-hole golf course just two minutes away.

We have one driveway space for guest vehicle parking. No trailer, RV, motorcycle or boat parking. One vehicle only.

We are located just minutes to restaurants, WalMart and other grocery stores.

Our night lighting is excellent from front to Airbnb guesthouse at back.

Due to health/allergies, we are unable to host any animals.

We wash all bedding (including pillow protectors, throws etc) and towels after each guest.
