ALL NEW - even down to the plumbing and electric. Small, yet functional, boho-inspired home accenting the riverfront beauty throughout. Kitchen features open concept with breakfast bar, open shelving, and butcher block countertops. The kitchen is 'minimalistic' as while you enjoy your stay with us, we'd love for you to visit our local establishments and support them as well (coupons provided for some). Appliances include beverage fridge (large enough to store eggs, milk, creamer, sandwich meat, etc) portable stovetop, ice maker, George Foreman, waffle maker, Keurig, microwave, InstantPot Hot/Cold Blender, rice maker and a toaster oven (**no oven, dishwasher, freezer or full-size fridge). Bedrooms have a queen bed in each room. Bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rainfalll shower head with a handheld sprayer and a heater vent. There is a projector & screen provided for use with an attached fire stick for your streaming needs in the living area and a 55" smart TV located in the larger bedroom. Windows across the entire front of the house provide wonderful views and natural light. If you're staying with us, you're most likely here for some type of nature involved trip. We want you to indulge in nature as much as possible! We’ve provided some card games and puzzles for your spare time together. There is a propane grille on the deck available for use as well as a grate to go over the fire pit for cooking purpose - we love a good grilled meat over the open fire!

We get our name “Propless” Retreat, from the inability to run a prop boat on our beautiful Allegheny River! Best suited for those on kayaks, canoes, or our personal favorites, jet boats!

If you've never been to Emlenton, you're truly in for a treat. This place screams "hometown" and you really get that vibe everywhere you go. The community is wonderful, the local establishments will take care of you, and the nature everywhere you turn is just icing on the cake. We love our little hometown and hope you're able to experience that while visiting.
