Private guest suite in a historic Victorian with amazing water views. King bed, large sitting room, modern bathroom with clawfoot tub. Swimming pool and dock on property. 5 min walk to Gulf Beach, 1 mi to shops and restaurants in downtown Milford and the train station, minutes to I-95 and Merritt Parkway. Come experience this beautiful getaway yourself!

Milford has 17 miles of shoreline and plenty of hiking. Come visit!

The space
Enjoy breathtaking waterfront views from your room, sitting room or the outdoor deck. Enjoy some fun in the sun poolside, or go down to the dock. Waterfront views throughout the property.

Imagine yourself soaking in the clawfoot tub, or take a shower in our large spacious walk in shower.

Your private suite is located at the back of our home and you have access to the deck, yard, and dock which is shared by us. You do not pass through our living space at any point to get to the suite or the back of the house. Access yard and pool through slider in the sitting room.
