Kick back and relax in this peaceful, cozy space. Located in beautiful St. Malo only 30 minutes south of Winnipeg. Available Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring. Located near St. Malo Lake, Rat River and St. Malo Provincial Park and campground.
St. Malo is perfect canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, walking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing.
Located in a country setting with all the amenities nearby for groceries, restaurants, gas, liquor and pharmacy.
The space
Calm, cozy, comfortable space for you to enjoy with the ones you care about. Private cottage with large yard to enjoy (no other rentals nearby). The space has been newly renovated from top to bottom with a beautiful two tone, beach-inspired kitchen, quartz countertops and backsplash in Sea Salt color, stainless steel appliances, Blanco silgranite sink, luxury vinyl flooring, pot lighting on dimmers through out, modern white baseboards and casings. The space features large windows, central air conditioning and heating. It's a cozy space yet feels very open with the strategic decor selection, larger and numerous windows.
Patio doors open the space to the beautiful and large yard. Yard has a park like setting nestled in the large mature oak trees. The wrap around deck offers plenty of space for dining at the wicker table or lounging on the zero gravity lounge chairs.
The pergola is beautifully designed and is a place to unwind and relax. The conversation patio set has plenty of comfortable seating for you and your guests. Grab a book, a coffee or a glass of wine and hang out by yourself, your significant other or with friends in this fantastic space.
The firepit area is great for evening fires with your significant other or friends. You can turn on the pergola lights to set a pretty evening mood.
The trees are beautiful in this yard, set up a hammock take a nap, listen to birds, or gaze at the sky and trees.
Note: This cottage is not lakefront. It is close to the lake and river. You can walk in front of cottages to view it (must respect cottage owners and properties).
The beach is a short drive or 15 min. bike ride or if river is low, you can walk across to access the park and beach.
**Note: The property is set up for couples/ friends (age 25 or over). No kids, pets, or smoking. Maximum 4 people on property, no exceptions.
No parties or games/ sports in the yard as this damages the grass and ruins it for our other guests (casual lawn games are ok). Minimum 4 nights. Property is monitored, please respect house rules. Bookings are subject to cancellation if inaccurate info is probided or house rules are broken.
