You'll find Marianne’s Beach House A right between Finikas and Poseidonia, two of the most beautiful villages and beaches in Syros. It is one of two houses of the complex located just 80m from the sea. Ready to host up to 4 people, the house can provide them with all amenities and comforts of a modern island summer house.

The space
Marianne’s Beach House A is a gorgeous 3 level house, which coexists with it's twin (Marianne’s Beach House B) in the same property and is only 80m away of the Voulgari beach. On ground level you will find a common living space and kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and serve every meal of the day. A balcony door in the living room leads you to a small, quite and shaded patio with a sea view, where you can enjoy breakfast under the echo of the waves.
On the upper level you will find the master bedroom (which is air conditioned) that also has a private balcony with a sea view. On the bottom level(which lies semi underground) you'll find the second bedroom, which is very quite and cool, and can host two people in separate single beds.
Outside of the house, you can enjoy a small field that is also perfect for parking cars.

Poseidonia and Finikas are two of the most beautiful and popular villages on the island. You can find everything you need, like bakery, mini market and grocery's, cafes and good food. Above all you have access to the following beaches: Voulgari (80m), Agathopes (850m), Finikas (800m), Komito(1.800m), Kokkina (2.000m). Additionally, in less than a 5 minute walk there is a bus station that connects you with all the other villages and beaches, and of course Ermoupoli , every half hour. In the village of Finikas there is also a small marina, suitable for sailing boats and small cruisers.
