Thoroughly cleaning will be done BETWEEN guests.

Ultra bright and Clean, Fully private and quiet.

You will have 2 bedrooms; one bedroom has a double (full) size bed and sofa bed ( 100 cm X 170 cm) could sleep for two adults and a children; it has a walk-in closet and a 43 inch Smart TV in this bedroom; the second bed room has a double ( full) size bed, could sleep for two adults, also has a study table in this bedroom.

Fully Private Kitchen with a stove and a microwave, a bar table facing to the backyard, you could enjoy your breakfast with your family. We provide the dishes and plates, some simple cooking stuff, sugar and salt.

Fully Private bathroom, we provide shampoo and body wash, clean shower towels.

Fully Private washer and dryer, we provide the laundry detergent, fell free to use, ideally please do laundry on weekends or after 7pm on weekday to save home electricity cost, appreciated.

For family with the kids and senior members, please be awear of the stairs, it has 5 -6 steps need walk down with hand railings for sure. We welcome the family with little kids, please bring your own crib if needed.

* 1 parking spot available, there is a bit more space, second car should be ok.

* Toronto tap water is drinkable and delicious.
