Built in 1886 ‘You’re Epic’ is part of the original Holmsley Cottages on Middlehill road in Colehill. Warm, comfortable modern design with a woodburning stove and large garden it’s the perfect summer or winter bolthole.
A 5 minute drive to the market town of Wimborne with it’s beautiful Minster church and with the beach, forests, famous Castleman trailway very close by as well as larger towns such as Poole and Bournemouth it’s a great location for any visitors, young or old on work or pleasure.

Colehill is situated 5 minutes drive from Wimborne town centre - the beautiful Minster market town hosting fabulous local events such as the famous Folk Festival and offering a plethora of wonderful eateries and shops - a little further afield you can visit the stunning National Trust Kingston Lacy property or sample homemade ice-cream at Pamphill Dairy ( as well as the bluebell forest in May which is something to see!)

The famous Castleman Trailway can be accessed via Canon Hill Plantation which is a ten minute walk from the Property and from there you can hike, cycle or ride to Poole in one direction or Ringwood in the other without hardly seeing a road.

A 30 minute drive and you can find yourself at either the famous Sandbanks to sample Rick Stein’s fish and chips and see the ‘millionaires row’ of houses that face both harbour and beach. The sunsets in the summer really are something to see! Or in Bournemouth town centre to do a little retail therapy, wander the 7 miles of sandy beaches or just sit back and relax in one of it’s coffee houses.

There is also CastlePoint shopping centre just outside.

Nearest train station is Poole located a 25 minute drive. Poole Hopsital is also your most local a&e.

Bowling and cinemas can all be found in Bournemouth or Poole, the locally run Tivoli theatre in Wimborne also do limited cinema and theatre showings.

Your nearest supermarket is a Waitrose in Wimborne, there is also a large Tesco and Sainsbury’s in nearby Ferndown. The local co-op is less than a 3 minute walk from you, just turn right out of the front door and you will see it at the end of the road.
