Beautiful 1 Bedroom upstairs Apartment, stroll to beach & Jetty Rd. R/C ducted Air Cond. Central - walk to shops, Movies, cafes,restaurants, hotels, train etc. Fully furnished. Kitchenette - cooking/dining, breakfast goodies. New combination Microwave with oven & Air Fryer. Hot Plates. Dishwasher. Brm has queen bed. Linen & bedding included. Sofa beds in lounge. Juliet Balcony faces west. W/Machine & outside line. LARGE Smart TV, WIFI, Books, Games. Outdoor area downstairs, grill. Own park.

The space
Set up for comfort and convenience. Everything in place. A reading nook, ( can be converted to a single bed if needed), desk space. SMART TV, space to just sit and relax by the Juliet Balcony Window which can be fully opened to enjoy some fresh air & watch the sunsets. A small outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air, a meal outside, and filtered sunlight. Kitchenette has microwave combined with oven and air roaster. Also have hot plates. good size fridge and we also have a dishwashe. Washing Machine and outdoor line. .Our bathroom includes a great sized bath and good sized shower with room to move. Games & books are also thereto relax and pass time when not going out. (include quoits, board games) so plenty to do as well as places to go. WIFI and Smart TV allow internet, You tube, etc. A lovely central location with all available (including medical center, Chemist, Supermarkets, choice of cafes and restaurants, pub 5 minute walk) but set back so without the noise of traffic. Ideal in every way. And of course so relaxing to go for a stroll along the beach, or go for a snack or meal on Jetty road, the hub of Brighton.
