The neighborhood is extremely peaceful, having a low crime rate, because we have the state police, municipal police and a body of volunteer guards who roam the community 24 hours a day. Although we are located in the middle of the city, you will be able to listen to the beautiful singing of the coqui, and the sounds of nature at night.

We are Puertorricans, so we are super friendly! We are bilingual as well. Everybody in the house speaks Spanish and English. If you want to interact with us we will love it. In the same way if you wish to remain private, we will respect your space. Sometimes we will be in the house, and sometimes we don't, either way, you will have at hand all our information, through this application.
