Sand Lily is a spacious, comfortable house in a great location on Lake Bonney. Quiet, private & homely, it's ideal for a holiday or work trip. Cross the quiet street and you're at the lake; turn left to walk along the shore through paved parkland with playgrounds & outdoor gym, or turn right for a quiet stroll through bushland. It's walking distance to the main street & eateries. Located on a good sized block with securely fenced yard. Pets welcome. Weekly discount 15% & monthly 25%. Free WiFi.

The space
The cottage is tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a large outdoor undercover area with space for two cars or boats, and off-street parking in the front yard for another two cars. There is access to a large shed in the backyard for storage. The undercover area and backyard are securely fenced. Ideal for pets and children. There are no steps, which is helpful for those with prams or wheelie-walkers. The two main bedrooms and lounge have air con and the bunk room has a cooler and fan. There is plenty of heating for winter. The kitchen is well provisioned for cooking and there is an outdoor BBQ. Relax on the front patio and enjoy lake views and the most magnificent sunsets in privacy. Sand Lily Cottage is named after a rare native plant that is found at Lake Bonney. A rare find.
