A modern barn located in the buffer zone of the Biebrza National Park, in the Natura 2000 area, near the Biebrza River. With panoramic windows, you can admire nature from home. Thanks to the glazing of the entire facade (18 m), a "vivid image" is observed - a 24-hour spectacle of nature. Depending on the season, you can follow Biebrza pools, goose and crane flights, beaver feeding grounds, falcon hunting, fox, moose walk, goat walk and many other animals from the couch/tub/bed.

The space
The barn is refined in every detail, unusual furniture, interesting accessories and comfortable solutions. The entire facility is available for exclusive use. On 160 m2 there is a living room with dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sauna with seating area. The space above the living room is open to the roof. On the first floor there is one bedroom and on the mezzanine there is an office part. There is a 30 m2 terrace and 6,000 m2 plot at guests' disposal. There is a fireplace in the house - a goat, a large library and a telescope for observing animals and stars.

Where you’ll be

Goniądz, Podlaskie, Poland

The barn is located in the centre of Biebrza National Park, on the outskirts of Goniądz. At a distance of 350 m there is a restaurant, 700 m grocery stores, pharmacy, post office and 1 km city beach.

Biebrza National Park is the largest national park in Poland with 49 species of mammals, 271 species of birds and 36 fish. This is where the biggest moose refuge in the country takes place. The most characteristic breeding species of birds include battalions, water lilies, cranes, fish whales, eagles, lesser spotted eagles and mud owls. The park includes both water, swamp, peat bog and forest areas (alder, birch, riparian).

At a distance of 6 km from the Barn, the Tsarist Road begins along which the Biebrza National Park trails run, and in winter it is an excellent place to observe moose. Numerous natural expeditions are organized in the area. Osowiec Fortress Museum is 8 km away. In addition, canoeing and rafting tours of Biebrza and balloon flights are organized nearby. You can also rent bicycles (there is a Green Velo bike trail nearby). The Biebrza River is a great place to fish.
